Modules, setup and what to say.

A short reference. The playbooks themselves live on the server and reach your agent as it works, so this page lists what exists and the sentences that start it.

Setup

  1. Install the server in your agent: install lines.
  2. Sign in with your email on the first call.
  3. Say set me up. The interview writes your profile: company and brands with signatures and sign-offs, people and roles, voice rules, working languages, ideal customer, pipeline stages with probabilities, offerings, links such as your booking page, and the tools you use for CRM, tasks, mail, LinkedIn and meeting recordings.
  4. Change one thing later with a sentence: change my Slovenian sign-off to LP.

Where the data lives

  • With a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive and ClickUp first): your agent reads and writes through its connector. Adding a company, a contact, a deal, a stage, a note or a meeting maps to the CRM's own records.
  • Without a CRM: your agent creates a SQLite database at .salesagents/crm.db on your machine and keeps it up to date. It needs an agent that can run commands.
  • On our side: your sign-in email, your agent's token and your profile. Never CRM rows, mail or transcripts.

The same sentences work in Slovenian. You do not need the exact words; sa_help routes what you meant.

Scheduling

Recurring work runs in your own setup, not on our cron: the morning briefing, weekly pipeline review and the daily LinkedIn pass. In Claude Code use /schedule; elsewhere a cron entry or a Codex automation that runs the same sentence.

Approval rules

  • Every external send (email, DM, comment, connection request) is a draft until you say so.
  • Prices never go into outreach unless you write them in.
  • Your voice rules apply to every draft: banned phrases, length limits, sign-offs and the rules against machine-sounding text.
